Refund policy

Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your order but if you are not entirely satisfied you are entitled to a refund provided that you notify us with 14 days of receipt. Note that there are some exceptions to this.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In this case buyers are responsible for the cost of returning the item and you should consider using a trackable and insurable shipping service.

If any item arrives damaged it must be reported within 48 hours and the item and packaging used retained. Any obvious damage to packaging must be reported immediately, and the goods must be signed for as “received damaged”. Take some photos if you can. A replacement, repair or refund will be undertaken once we have either received the damaged item or further advice from the carrier. Please wait for instructions before returning the item.

Where our products are customized and/or produced to order, returns are not accepted unless damaged or faulty. Please bear this in mind when making a purchase.

As furniture is made to order, we will charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the order price if the order is cancelled after 48 hours of it being placed. If a deposit is taken, it is non-refundable on cancelled orders, cancellation of bespoke orders will result in the loss of the paid deposit

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale, clearance and 'seconds' (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale, clearance or items marked as 'seconds' cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please see above.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unless the item was damaged or is faulty shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
